Your brand kit

One set of colours, type and voice that the reports, pages and documents made in your workspace are drawn in.

The brand kit is one collection of colours, type and voice. Reports, pages and documents made in your workspace, by people or by AI assistants, are drawn in it.

Set it up (admins)

  1. Open Manage workspace → Workspace settings.
  2. On the Workspace tab, find Brand kit and choose Set up brand kit.

Change it

Choose Open brand kit. It opens as a collection in your Library, with two files: the colours and type, and a short written guide to your brand's voice. Edit them there, and what is made next uses the change.

Build it from your examples (admins)

  1. Open the brand kit and put a few of your own files in its examples folder: a deck or a document made in your brand's theme, your brand guidelines, and your logo as a PNG or JPEG. Your website counts too: add it to the folder as a link. (Choosing Propose from examples makes the folder if it isn't there yet.)
  2. In Workspace settings, choose Propose from examples.
  3. Check what Louvain read. The colours and fonts come from a deck's or document's own theme, exactly as the file names them, with the file named beside them. A file built on Office's default theme gives none. With no such file, they come from your website's own styles: the colour it names for itself, and the fonts its text and headings use. The logo is a picture among your examples, one named like a logo first. The voice is a short style guide written from your files' words. The layout is the paper your documents are set on (A4 or Letter) and the shape of your decks' slides (16:9 or 4:3), from a document and a deck among your examples. A header or footer you wrote into a template is kept.
  4. Choose Apply brand kit. Louvain saves new versions of the kit's files, so you can restore the previous kit from each file's history in the collection.

An AI assistant connected to Louvain can propose a kit the same way (louvain_propose_brand), but only an admin can apply one.
